Shipping & Delivery

Miuko Studio offers nationwide delivery within South Africa as well as a free local pickup option from Stellenbosch. All deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy, ensuring safe and reliable transport of your reformer.

Because reformers are large and heavy, delivery costs may vary slightly by region. Courier fees are typically just under R2,000 for most main centers. You’re also welcome to arrange your own courier if preferred — simply let us know at checkout.

Local pickup in Stellenbosch is free of charge. Once your reformer is ready, we’ll contact you to schedule a convenient collection time.

Orders for in-stock reformers are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery generally takes 2–5 working days for main areas and up to 10 days for outlying regions.

Preorders secure your reformer in our next shipment. Estimated delivery timelines are confirmed once the shipment is in transit.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your delivery. Any visible damage should be reported within 48 hours to info@miuko.co.za.
