Terms, Warranty & Privacy Policy
1. Product Warranty
All Miuko reformers include a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing or structural defects under normal use. Each unit is quality-checked before shipping. Verified defects will be repaired or replaced at Miuko Studio’s discretion.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, normal wear and tear, or incorrect storage. Accessories such as ropes, straps, or padding are covered for 6 months under normal use.
Submitting a Warranty Claim

- Include your name, order number, and clear photos of the issue
- Describe the problem briefly
We will respond within 3–5 business days to advise on next steps.
2. Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed once the product is inspected and approved. Return shipping may apply depending on the reason.

3. Terms of Purchase
By placing an order on miuko.co.za, you agree to these terms and conditions. Prices and availability may change without notice. All transactions are processed securely in South African Rand (ZAR).
For pre-orders, full payment secures your reformer in the next shipment. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and confirmed by email.
Miuko Studio reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. The latest version is published on this page.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
Miuko Studio respects your privacy and complies with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We collect only the information necessary to process your order, improve your shopping experience, and communicate with you.
